Agency Dashboard

If you’re on an agency plan, Odin gives you a dashboard for creating and managing licenses for your clients. You provision a seat, send the client a personalized invite, and revoke access whenever you need to — all from one place.

Note

The Agency Dashboard is only available to agency users. If you open it without an agency plan, Odin takes you to the upgrade page instead.

Opening the agency portal

1. Open the Odin app and click the Agency Dashboard icon in the panel.
2. Odin redirects you to the agency portal in your browser.
3. If you aren’t logged in, enter your email. The portal sends a sign-in link to that address — click it to reach the logged-in dashboard.

Provisioning a client license

1. In the dashboard, enter your client’s email address.
2. Give the seat a label so you can identify the client later.
3. Click Provision. Odin creates an account for that client.

Once provisioned, the client has their own Odin account tied to the email you entered.

Sending the invite

Each provisioned seat has a personalized invite — an invite link pre-filled with the client’s email. Click the copy button next to the client to copy it, then send it to them however you like.

Revoking access

To remove a client, click the revoke button on their row. This deactivates their access and frees the seat.

Seat usage

The dashboard shows how many seats you’ve used out of your total (for example, used out of 100), so you always know how much capacity you have left before you need to add more.
